Lemon Dill Aioli

 1 Egg
 1 cup Oil (I like avocado oil)
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp salt
 ½ lemon juiced
 of fresh dill
 1 tbsp minced (or powdered garlic)

Crack egg into a wide mouth mason jar

Add mustard

Pour in oil

Pour in lemon and garlic

Blend with immersion blender until emulsified.

Then add fresh dill and salt, stir.
