What is Charcuterie Design?
Charcuterie is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other meat products. Learning how to assemble a board will include adding in some cheeses, crackers, nuts, pickles, spreads, and other garnishes. After learning a few techniques you will have a beautifully designed board perfect for entertaining!
What does your class include?
I am pleased to offer Charcuterie Design classes which are not only fun but you will also receive a lot of value! In addition to learning placement on your board and techniques, you will also get to learn flavor combinations that are sure to delight! You will also receive a wine pairing list for your board and extra tips for serving! I will send you a link to these resources so you can always have them on hand!
