Fall Festival

mtn_music_main

Do you wish the man above was your grandad?  Do you think that bobbing for apples is a legitimate form of bathing in October?  Are you adamant that Bluegrass should be the ONLY music played at your wedding?  Do you have a flannel shirt that you wear everyday that it’s below 68 degrees outside?  Do you believe the T bus on campus should be replaced by a tractor drawn hay ride?  Is making the greenway into a 200 yard Cake Walk a good idea?  WELL, if you said ‘yes’ to any of these,  then DO NOT miss CRU’s Fall Festival this Thursday night at 7pm.

Note- we will not have our normal CRU meeting in Nielsen. We will ONLY have our Fall Festival at the Humanities Amphiteater.

Games include: Pick Up Ducks, Cake Walk, Balloon Darts, Ring Toss, and many more.

Bluegrass music provided. Dance a jig!

Cost is free.

Bring Friends and Dress like you’re gonna go haul some hay!

Directions to Fall Retreat

DIRECTIONS:
FROM KNOXVILLE: (~50 miles)

Take I-40 East to Exit 432-B (this will exit from the left hand lane).

Once you merge into traffic, you will immediately see an Exxon station on your right.

Turn right onto Carson Springs Road.

Follow for 3 ½ miles, the conference center will be on the left. Look for CRU signs!

Registration Deadline

Ok, so the ONLINE registration for Fall Retreat officially ends Thurs 17th at midnight. So I would encourage you to go to the events tab and register.

What to do if you miss the online registration?  1) Email brent.crenshaw@uscm.org to make sure we add you manually. 2) Show up on Fri at the retreat and go through onSITE registration there. You’ll need to bring CASH or CHECK to pay at the retreat if you miss the online one.

So, anyone CAN still come, but you’ll need to take care of it onsite with cash/check.

Thanks, MGMT
