how God works it all out
I don’t know why we fail to trust God so many times, but He always provides. Even when we think it is impossible.
Today I went to campus earlier from the rest of my team and met with Miška, a girl who is quickly becoming our key leader in Prešov, to go over with her how to structure her story for that night. See, it would be our last night of “talk the talk” (our english club) and she would be sharing her story of how God has changed her life. God showed up. That’s really the best way to describe it. I only had an hour with her, and I was praying asking God to lead our time, and that we would get what we need to get through. We did, even with time for her to practice. And when she practiced, tears filled my eyes, as I listened to this Slovak student share from her heart how Christ has transformed her heart and she no longer has a desperate emptiness inside her heart.
That night, she shared her story in Slovak in front of 15 of her classmates, each of them with their newly received graduation diploma for english club. Miška was bold, she stood up there, and shared honestly from her life. I am so proud of her.
Also, God has worked it out that now, on Wednesdays I’ll be meeting with Miška and Zuzka together, which is so great considering that Wednesday will now be the only day that I can be in Prešov with the team due to planning our summer project, leadership meetings, and personal planning. So, it seems as if God has worked it out that, in my only day in Prešov, I will be training Miška to go through follow-up with Zuzka and Mirka will also come, which is great so there will be carry over into next year. This is amazing that God would be so gracious to orchestrate this.
I love watching Him show up.
