willow creek, is evaluating how well the church is aiding its members in growing spiritually. through an extensive research survey started in 2004, willow creek is inviting other churches to join with them in studying the spiritual needs of the church, the project is called reveal. looking at questions such as if spiritual growth is connected with volunteerism and involvement, or is it different from everyone. i am impressed by willow creek’s willingness to admit that program won’t work anymore, we have to dig deeper and look at the essentials and ask people what it is they need and help them grow through that process.
